Standard Schedule 1 and 2 by-laws

As contained in the Strata Titles Act (WA) 1985, these by-laws apply to all strata titled properties in WA. Some strata plans have registered changes to these standard by-laws and to ensure accuracy, please check your strata plan for details.

 

Schedule 1 by-laws relate to the requirements of the Strata Company and how business is conducted.

 

Schedule 2 by-laws provide general rules and requirements that need to be followed when living in a strata titled property.
