All Strata Management begun in 1990, with Cherith becoming sole director in 1994. Cherith has been involved in Strata Management since 1992, with a strong and unwavering passion and dedication for the industry.
In 2019, we became the first business in Australia to achieve Strata Management Practice Standard (SMPS) Certification. This certification helps provide peace of mind for owners knowing that our policies, procedures and accounts are audited annually by a governing body.
Not only are we backed by our SMPS Certification and abundance of industry experience, but Cherith has also developed a strong team of 12 who are highly trained and dedicated to provide professional solutions and exceptional outcomes for our clients. All team members are accredited with relevant Strata industry accreditations and are continually upskilling to ensure they are aware and up to date with all new legislations, acts and by-laws. These accreditations are required at All Strata Management so we can better serve you and your property.

Cherith Pettitt-Jones
Company Director
Cherith has been actively involved in the strata management industry since 1991 and assumed role of sole Director of All Strata Management Services in 1992. As our Managing Director, Cherith oversees the companies substantial and diverse property portfolio, bringing to the role her extensive industry experience, strong leadership, and a genuine passion for strata management.
Over the years, Cherith has built All Strata Management Services into a well-regarded and trusted firm, founded on decades of practical experience and an in-depth understanding of continually evolving strata legislation. In her capacity as Director, she works closely with a number of large corporations and prominent Western Australian developers, providing expert guidance in the preparation of by-laws, budgets, and governance documentation.
Cherith is deeply committed to upholding professional standards within the strata industry. Under her leadership, All Strata Management Services became the first strata management company in Australia to achieve the Strata Community Association (SCA) Strata Management Practice Standard (SMPS) – a testament to her dedication to quality, compliance, and best practice.
Steve Prestidge
general manager / SENIOR Strata Community Manager
Steve has been involved with commercial Real Estate since 2006 encompassing Strata Management, Property Management, Facilities Management, Leasing, Property Sales and Business Sales. He is a respected property professional that has specialised in the areas of Commercial Strata Management and Commercial and Industrial Property Management.
Through his extensive experience in the strata and property management fields and the operations of his own maintenance company, Steve has developed a deep understanding of both operational and maintenance requirements, enabling him to effectively communicate and collaborate with contractors for optimal outcomes.
Steve’s strong financial management and reporting skills provide a solid foundation for overseeing and optimising financial performance. Additionally, Steve has an in-depth understanding of the Strata Titles Act and is well versed in managing Commercial Strata Titled properties of varied size and complexity. Steve recognises that each client has unique and diverse needs in owning investment assets, which enables him to tailor strategies that align with their specific goals and requirements
Kim Bunting
SENIOR Strata Community Manager
Kim has been an integral part of All Strata Management since 2022, after having worked in Strata Management for over 15 years prior. As a Senior Strata Community Manager, Kim assists property owners in effectively managing their homes or investment properties to achieve the best outcomes for them. She is passionate about clear, consistent communication with owners and council members, ensuring strong relationships and smooth operations.
Kim loves how no two days are the same within her role, and takes pride in finding practical solutions to a wide range of challenges her clients may be facing. Kim is tenacious, caring and extremely trustworthy, genuinely passionate about helping people who need it.
MICHELLE BEAZER
SENIOR Strata Community Manager
With nearly 20 years of experience in the property sector
and over 8 years dedicated specifically to strata management, Michelle brings
extensive industry knowledge and a strong commitment to best practice
governance. As a senior strata manager, Michelle is passionate about all
aspects of strata and compliance, and thrives on the dynamic nature of the
role, as no two days in strata management are ever the same.
Michelle takes great satisfaction in guiding residential
owners through the complexities of strata legislation, ensuring they feel
informed, supported, and confident in their responsibilities and decision
making.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys unwinding by watching
sunsets at the beach and spending quality time socialising with family and
friends.
Karen Sinclair
Strata Community Manager
Karen joined the All Strata Management team in 2022 and brings a calm, solution-focused approach to managing both residential and commercial strata properties. As a Strata Community Manager, she is especially skilled at resolving complex issues that arise within strata communities and takes pride in clear, supportive communication with owners. Helping people navigate challenges and find practical outcomes is what she enjoys most about her role.
Rebecca O'Mahony
INSURANCE AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Bec commenced her career in the strata industry in 2012 and steadily progressed to the role of senior Strata Manager, overseeing a substantial portfolio of properties. In 2024, Bec joined All Strata Management Services as our Strata Compliance and Insurance Manager. In this capacity, she is responsible for managing compliance and insurance requirements for all properties under our management.
Her daily responsibilities include ensuring that each strata complex complies with current legislation, maintains up to date insurance policies, and that claims are lodged and managed efficiently to safeguard our clients’ interests.
Bec also supports our Strata Managers in the preparation and distribution of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) notices. She works closely with Council members regarding the renewal of management agreements and insurance policies, guaranteeing that all properties maintain appropriate and adequate insurance coverage.
Bec takes great pride in her role and finds genuine satisfaction in providing support and peace of mind to our clients. Known for her exceptional organisational skills and love of a well-structured spreadsheet, Bec brings both professionalism and a personable, approachable nature to the All Strata team – along with a healthy dose of good humour.
Sarah Fitzgerald
ASSISTANT STRATA MANAGER
Sarah is one of our amazing Strata assistants, having joined All Strata Management in 2023. Within her role, Sarah works on issue maintenance quote requests, obtaining contractor work orders and responding to everyday queries through email and phone. Sarah enjoys working with all the women within the All Strata Management team, and working along side our trusted contractors to ensure all maintenance is made easy for both the tenant, owner and contractor.
Outside of work, Sarah is passionate about baking (she makes an amazing Banana bread for the office) and going to the gym. Overall, Sarah is an open minded, cheerful and empathetic person who brings an infectious
laughter, joy and spirit into the office every single day.
Kristen Slattery

Kristen joined All Strata Management Services in 2020 as an Assistant Strata Manager, bringing with her over a decade of experience across all facets of strata management. In her role, Kristen provides direct support to our Senior Strata Managers, assisting with the coordination of work orders, obtaining quotes, liaising with contractors, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Kristen is particularly passionate about facilitating conflict resolution within strata communities and managing large-scale maintenance projects, taking pride in delivering well-executed outcomes for owners and residents alike.
Renowned for her approachable, positive, and dependable nature, Kristen is an invaluable member of the All Strata team. She is always willing to assist, no matter the situation, and is highly regarded by both clients and colleagues for her professionalism and genuine commitment to service.
Andrea Oswald
Strata assistant / settlement administrator
Andrea commenced her career with All Strata Management Services in 1998 as a Strata Assistant and through years of dedication and expertise, now holds the role of Settlement Administrator. In this capacity, Andrea works closely with our clients, managing change of address requests, processing settlement updates, and preparing Section 110 certificates as required. Her attention to detail and strong administrative knowledge ensures this critical area of our business operates with efficiency and precision.
Andrea is a highly valued and respected member of the All Strata team, known for her reliability, professionalism, and readiness to assist wherever needed. Beyond her role, Andrea has a genuine passion for animal welfare and actively raises funds for animal charities throughout Australia – a reflection of her compassionate and community-minded nature.
With over two decades of continuous service, Andrea remains an integral part of the All Strata Management Services team, consistently contributing to the supportive, collaborative culture the business is proud to uphold.
Caryll Sedgman

Caryll has been an integral part of All Strata Management Services since 1995. Starting as our receptionist, she has grown with the business and now holds the vital role of Trust Account Administrator. In this position, she manages the financial accounts for all our buildings — including invoicing, receipting, creditor payments, debt management, account enquiries, BAS preparation, and setting up new strata plans in our system.
With over 30 years at All Strata, Caryll continues to bring dedication and consistency to everything she does. She values the strong sense of connection within the team, describing coming to work as “like being with family.” What she enjoys most is the integrated nature of her role — where every function ties into the broader delivery of quality strata management for our clients.
Conscientious, supportive, and exceptionally organised, Caryll is a cornerstone of our team. Outside of work, she’s passionate about staying healthy, spending quality time with family and friends, and continually investing in her own personal growth.
Indiana Connor
receptionist / marketing & social media officer
Indiana started with All Strata Management in 2025 as the Receptionist and Marketing/Social Media Officer. Indiana works alongside Pina to fulfill reception/admin duties, and loves interacting with clients and managers to facilitate an easy, stress free process for everyone involved. She is also our marketing/social media officer, managing our website maintenance, social media platforms and all marketing collateral associated with All Strata Management Services.
Indiana is a bubbly, easy going and highly creative person who absolutely loves socialising, and being able to let her creative juices flow. As Indiana has a mixed role, she appreciates the variety it provides, and the way she gets to not only create, but also chat with our amazing clients on a regular basis.
Pina Ziino
receptionist / office administrator
Pina joined All Strata Management Services in 2022 as the
wonderful receptionist/office administrator. Pina’s role is to welcome clients,
answer all phone queries and emails, and ensure the office runs smoothly on a
day to day basis. Basically, Pina ensures all strata managers and clients are
happy, organised and supported.
With a long and successful history in property management roles, Pina is passionate about connecting with people, and loves
being the first point of contact for both colleagues and clients. She is
friendly, dependable and extremely organised, which helps ensure All Strata
Management runs smoothly and efficiently for all of our clients to benefit
from.
