Community Titles Act 2018 – to come into effect when proclaimed

As contained in the Strata Titles Act 1985  (amended 1 May 2020), these by-laws apply to all strata titled properties in WA. Some strata plans have registered changes to these standard by-laws and to ensure accuracy, please check your strata plan for details.
